Glenn founded the firm in 1978 based on a philosophy of personal service and timely responsiveness to his clients. As managing partner for twenty-five years, he provided the vision and leadership to guide the firm's growth from a three-person Strasburg firm to a regional accounting firm with over thirty-five people on staff.
Glenn was responsible for the overall operation of the firm, and he is now the Chief Financial Officer of the firm. In addition to this responsibility, he handles numerous small business clients and individual tax returns.
He prides himself on our firm being on the leading edge of computer productivity and is responsible for our firm's ability to produce quality bookkeeping and payroll preparation services for our clients at an affordable price.
Glenn is a past president of Lancaster County Estate Planning Council and is involved in estate planning for many of the firm's clients. Currently Glenn serves as a director of Sterling Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Bank of Lancaster County, where his expertise in financial analysis has been tapped. He is also a member of the Lancaster Sunrise Rotary Club, and has served in many leadership positions within his church.
Glenn is a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School and a 1968 graduate of Elizabethtown College. He became licensed as a CPA in 1973. Glenn enjoys golf and is a member of the Media Heights Golf Club. He and his wife, Gail, reside in Lancaster.
