Eric joined our firm in February 2002 and became a principal in January 2003. He has over 20 years of experience in the taxation of corporate, S corporation and partnership entities. Eric also has extensive knowledge in the area of corporate tax planning, mergers, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining our firm, Eric was employed by a large national accounting firm where he managed their local office's tax department. In addition to helping to manage our firm's tax department, he prepares corporate income tax returns, researches complex tax issues for various entities, and keeps the department and the firm informed of changes in the tax law.
Outside of the office, Eric serves the community as treasurer for the South Central Board of the Second Mile, a children's charity established by Jerry Sandusky of Penn State. Eric is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Eric is a graduate of Penn State University and became a licensed CPA in 1985. He lives in Lancaster with his wife Debra and their two children.
