Denny is a partner best known for his attention to detail and his ability to communicate with clients. He is also well known for his negotiating skills on behalf of clients purchasing and selling businesses and is knowledgeable in the areas of divorce planning, estate planning and litigation support.
Denny is the partner in charge of the firm's Accounting and Consulting Division, which provides all of the firm's compilation and review and consulting services, as well as tax services. This is the firm's largest division with one manager, four supervisors, and three staff. Several other partners also provide services for this division.
Prior to the firm establishing divisions, Denny was responsible for reviewing each financial statement prepared by the Firm prior to release to the client. He still reviews many of the statements himself, but in keeping with the firm's organizational structure he now shares this responsibility with several other partners and managers across departments. This review procedure enables the firm to maintain excellent quality that is respected by both clients and third party users (banks, creditors, bonding agents) throughout the community.
Denny graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg High School, and then from Bucknell University in 1975. Three years later, in 1978, he helped Glenn start the Firm, and became a partner in 1982. Denny now resides in Lancaster.
