Brett has been a partner in the firm since 1990, and he became managing partner in 2004. As managing partner, Brett will provide the vision and leadership to guide the firm's growth into the future.
Brett brings a broad range of skills to all relationships from financial presentation and analysis to tax planning and preparation. He offers his insight into systems, procedures, and technology and has prepared numerous projections and forecasts used in business acquisitions and financing. Many of Brett's clients rely on him to help them with their daily decisions, and he serves as a trustee to many of them. Brett has a skill of identifying clients' needs and providing the services to fulfill their needs. He is well- known for his commitment to go the extra mile to offer personal and timely attention to his clients.
In addition to acting as managing partner, Brett manages a large base of clients because of his broad range of skills and talents. He is primarily responsible for making Walz, Deihm, Geisenberger, Bucklen & Tennis the first large firm to network and employ a broad use of technology throughout the firm. His efforts
have automated virtually all of the firm's services and allowed the firm to increase its level of service to our clients. Brett also facilitated the move of our firm to its current location.
Because Brett feels that it is important to contribute one's skills and talents to non-profit organizations, he has served as chairperson and board member of numerous organizations including Woodridge Swim Club, Lititz Church of the Brethren, Lititz Community Center, and the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County's Parade of Homes Judging Committee.
Brett received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College with a minor in Computer Science. He enjoys spending time with his wife Cheryl and two daughters through vacations and numerous outdoor activities.
